I had some GBA games installed on my 3DS. I used tiny format to unlink my nands it went fine. But now, I can't open any GBA game or it gives me an error. Do I have to reinstall it the GBA games? And can I take the save from it so I don't have to redo a bunch of stuff in it?

To solve your problem just install all your gba titles to sysNAND (assuming you didn't)

The encryption keys for SD files change on factory reset, you would have needed to dump them with agbsave9 first (and you still can, if you have a backup from before tinyformat)
