Hacking Can I do a 9.2 ctrtransfer on my a9lh sysnand without issues?

My sysnand with a9lh is 11.2 and prevents me from doing certain things, can I use a ctrtransfer to bring it down from 11.2 to 9.2?

What exactly are you trying to do? There is nothing you shouldn't be able to do with 11.2 CFW that you can do on 9.2

To echo what has already been said, if you have A9LH, then there is no reason to downgrade.
