Can i delete a thread i made?

I had an issue i fixed with my console and feel like a topic i made a while ago doesnt need to be there anymore. Nobody has replied to it and its been a week, but i cant find a way to delete it or request it to be deleted?

You can report it to have a moderator delete it, but just because someone has not answered doesn't mean you should have the thread deleted.

I just dont wanna post to much and when i do i want them to be decent questions. The fix to my problem was to redo everything, i couldnt fix it

Then you should reply to the thread stating that's what you've done? If someone else ends up in the same situation they'll know to try redoing everything.

You can't do it yourself, but if no one has replied to your topic and you report it asking it to be deleted then usually that will get granted by most staff.
