Can i change position of startup programme window?

when my computer starts up a smart doctor programme loads which looks quite stylish and shows me the temperature of my CPU, temp of RAM and fan speed and sliders to change all the crap with my GPU, the only problem with it is it opens on the far left of the screen on startup and i have to move it every time, i know people are going to think im a lazy ass but it would be nice for it to load on the right of the screen where its blank, does anyone know how to do this???? i would greatly appreciate it if anyone could tell me.
