Clear the game 2 times and it will unlock. I think it very easy to beat that

Seriously? I guess maybe I just dont know how to Turn it on

ive unlocked half of the Costumes, and a little less than half of the Guns. I have 100% on Mission 1, and around 60% on Missions 2 and 3. I cant read Japanese

can you give me a tip about where the option is?
