Princess Maker 4 Special Edition Is Cero rating C? according to IGN Cero: C is basically M it's for ages 15 and above. Seriously it's a game where you make a princess is it that unsuitable?

Yeah but Partial nudity is in alot of games with ratings of PG or T not M but then again it is japanese
