Homebrew Can anyone hardmod?

I was an idiot messing around with nand and screwed myself over, ending up with Error 0000FEFE.
(0000FEFE in yellow on black top screen, white bottom screen)
Would anyone be willing to hardmod it and restore my nand backup for me? I'd be willing to pay a reasonable price.
