ROM Hack Can anyone Convert Dragon Quest V ds rom into a .cia file

I've seen people posting up many DS and GBA games that they converted in to .cia format for 3ds. A great boon, so I'm curious if there's anyone who could Make Dragon Quest V (ds) Into a .CIA file.

People can teach you how to create one , but people here on the forum can't share the cia file with you , it is against forum policy.

Well for GBA just use a injector, but for ds games I doubt you'll get out to run natively without a flash cart.

Just use DSiMenu++, you just need to apply an AP patch to it to make it work.
