I would like to try a multi-boot setup but I had a question about provisioning. Can I give emunand/Android/L4T a minimal about of storage for the OS, and then install new apps and games to a large storage partition usable by all 3? If I could just give all 3 a 32GB partition and just let them share the remaining 200-something GB on the card, it seems like that would save a lot of problems with under or over provisioning when I start installing games.

Yes, Hekate can accomplish this for you.

Don't know if Android installs stuff to the FAT32 partition (don't think so) but if you root by flashing Magisk in TWRP you can at least access it. :)
