Hacking C64 emulator problem

hey guys,

maybe somebody here knows why or how to solve my issue...

i was glad the port of frodo was made, but most of my fav games don't run. although they do run on winvice... Like turbo outrun and maniac mansion on C64. bot run the first intro, and with turbo outrun even the intro of the game itself where you have to hit fire, but after that only a black screen and then nothing... frodo on pc gaves the same issue.

i tried replcaing the drive/kernel and basic roms with the ones from vice, but that didn't help...

any ideas? the creator of the port also doesn't know how to fix it.

Some games just dont work, nor turn on. last time i looked the 64 emulators for the wii wasn't that good

it does work for lots of games, but not for all, strange thing is it isn't the whole port that is bad, but it is the whole frodo that is bad, cause the pc version also has the same issue...
