ROM Hack Bypass e-shop age verification?

If you try to download things on E-Shop that are M and your NNID age is set to a number under 18, you can't even view them due to "age verification". Would it be possible to use HANS to bypass this? I'm trying to get Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures.

Call Nintendo if you are over 18

I don't think it's possible since it would require edits to the actual server data itself.

Also, why didn't you set your age higher? To like..18. or something if you were planning on downloading games that were mature.
