My cat got run over today and died, as much as I was a dog person he was a great cat. I'll miss him loads and I hope he has fun in kitty heaven.

This happened to my cat a few years ago. Being sensitive, I cried for a week. She was so friendly and sweet.

1 was sick, 1 was old, and 1 was run over by a car.

Sorry to hear that. I am a big cat person and lost my cat Smokey to some unknown illness about 6 years ago. I still think about him a lot.

It really does suck to lose your cat. I've had a few cats previously and you'd think you'd get over it after a few times, but it still feels as sad every time

I lost few-day old kitten out of a littler once. I was so sad I wrote it an Epitaph and buried it with it.

Then the next day we lost another one and my little brother went to bury it in the same tin, and he found the epitaph and made fun of me for it. I cried more. T_T

What really sucks is that my mom has two other cats that are getting old. I doubt that the eldest will make it through this year...

Just under a year, it feels like we had him for so much longer. It's so horrible every time I manage to stop crying I think of him which make me cry again, I can't imagine what I'm gonna be like with my dogs.

Also I lost a dog a few years back. He was as old as me so it felt weird. You'll be alright, hang in there.
