Hacking Buysing used "updated" switch

Hello guys...im I planning on buying a used switch bundled with games...and most likely it'll be updated....
Should I still be looking for certain serial number ?.... If so, should I also look for certain firmware to be able to hack it ?

And if firmware version is on 6.2.0 you will have to wait, maybe this or next week we got a CFW working in this firmware.
