hello, I'm new to the forums as you can see, and I could really use some help. I'm buying my first flashcart for a ndsl and I think the r4i gold rts is the one for me. The problem I'm having is a question of legitimacy. Is zhuzhuchina.com legit? I know that nds-cart.com is but how can zhuzhuchina sell the same cart for $5 cheaper? Is it a cheap Chinese ripoff or am I just looking at the wrong cart? Any help would be really appreciated and also if it is legit I could use some more help if possible. If I try to buy form zhuzhuchina do they accept visa vanilla gift cards? Thank you for any help.

Ok so zhuzhuchina dosen't even package the product. Is that why they sell it for cheaper? Also if there is no packaging does that mean that it could be damaged easily during shipping?

i think no, but you can try. as i know most store just support visa credit card, not gift card or debit card..

Debit cards (which is what gift cards are) are processed as credit transactions. That's why you don't put your pin in on any website when you use your debit card.

Visa gift cards in general do work, however some are more troublesome than others, brand wise. Some do NOT work. I've had problems before using the Vanilla Visa branded cards online.

ok so they do normally accept them but on the website when it asks for the credit card number you just put in the number on the visa gift card?

Correct. You'll probably have to register the gift card on the card company's website, but after that, it'll ask for the card number, name on the card (what you registered it with), expiration date, and the security code on the back.

It -should- work, but like I said, not all do. Talking from personal experience, if you're an account holder at TD Bank, get it from them. No activation fee ($25 gives you a $25 gift card), and they seem to work everywhere.

Edit - if not at TD, see if another bank that you are a member of (or your parents even) offers that service.
