Well that depends on what games you want. I mean most games on that list are not that big.

And No only some are 2GB after conversion.
The list gives the size after conversion.

Also before conversion is about 25GB.
Some are 2GB but some are 10+ GB. I think 128 GB is good maybe more. Well it depends on which games you wanna play. Im sad that a external hdd is not supported yet (hopefully in the future!).

Do you know if i need a internet connection for loadline or to install Homebrew on vWii?

Homebrew on vWii doesn't.
To initiate exploit for loadiine is easier when using the internet page
otherwise you need to setup own local exploit which ive never done.

Blocking updates is a much easier option imo.
If you look at this guide i gave earlier its actually not that hard.
https://www.reboot.ms/forum/threads/bloccare-aggiornamenti-automatici-wiiu-e-3ds.520/
Easy way to check if updates have been blocked is go to eShop because that gets blocked as well. Also I get message saying download failed when pressing home button.

Hope this helps

Well i read this but which method should i use? Open DNS seems to be unsafety.

It is actually.
3DS and Wii U use same update servers so putting this in will block all nintendo updates.
Which urls should i block? The website you linked to want me to block:
  • nus.c.shop.nintendowifi.net
  • nus.cdn.c.shop.nintendowifi.net
  • nus.cdn.shop.wii.com
  • nus.cdn.wup.shop.nintendo.net
  • nus.wup.shop.nintendo.net
  • cbvc.cdn.nintendo.net
  • ecs.wup.shop.nintendo.net
  • ccs.wup.shop.nintendo.net
  • ias.wup.shop.nintendo.net
  • tagaya.wup.shop.nintendo.net
  • a23-65-181-75.deploy.static.akamaitechnologies.com
  • a96-17-161-145.deploy.akamaitechnologies.com
  • a184-50-229-158.deploy.static.akamaitechnologies.com
  • a184-50-229-137.deploy.static.akamaitechnologies.com
But the guide here want me to block only:
  • nus.c.shop.nintendowifi.net
  • nus.cdn.c.shop.nintendowifi.net
  • nus.cdn.shop.wii.com
  • nus.cdn.wup.shop.nintendo.net

Theres no harm in blocking them all. To be honest i haven't had much success blocking urls.
