I'm getting a second hand ps3 slim. Is it hackable to the latest version? What are the method to hack? Can I get pre-links to check?

To be able to install CFW on a PS3 you need it on OFW 3.55 or lower, and if it's a compatible model, you can buy an e3 flasher and downgrade it (but not all models can be downgraded to 3.55)
