Guy changed source code of Hekate and he thinks that he reversed burned fuses and thanks to that he's not banned anymore. It's full of crap, because none of that is related to each other.

Changing source code won't change the burned fuses.

You can't reverse burned fuses because they are literally burned hardware. Unless you're a God or time traveler.

Ban is attached to console prodinfo and stored on Nintendo servers. When connecting to nintendo servers Nintendo compares your prodinfo with their database. If ban == true, connection is rejected. End of story.
