Hardware BT adapters

Can you use just any USB bluetooth adapter with the switch for connecting a controller or does it have to be 8bitdo's?
The two ones I've seen reported as good are 8bitdos and the Mayflash MagicNS adapter. YMMV with other third parties.

If it's hacked, you can use Mission control instead of something physical

Haven't checked for any developments over the past month or so but one thing incredible about the 8Bitdo one is how even something as new as a PS5 controller just works perfectly, including motion controls - something that Mission Control is lacking (unless it's since been added) Aside from that though yes, Mission Control is damn awesome.

Or you could use https://github.com/cathery/sys-con Sys-Con which allow you to use any USB controller on the switch
I just downloaded the latest Cathery sys-con-0.6.3 and it worked perfectly with both the PS3 (DS3) and Xbox 360 controllers. The controllers must be connected using the USB cable (wired connection). Thank you for your suggestion.

Xbox 360 wireless adapter (for PC) also works apparently. You can get cheap Chinese clones for about $10.
