Hacking Question Bruned Switch? USB Device Malfunctioned

Recently after a switch crash that left the switch drained in RCM mode, I had to unplug the battery and re-plug it in etc. and now whenever I connect it (with multiple USB C cables that are working attempted multiple times) and after moving the switch usb c cables in a certain position my switch is finally detected by the computer and a popup appears saying "USB Device has malfunctioned. Please reconnect etc." I have installed drivers over and over but it is not detected in my PC and just keeps malfunctioning. Not to mention the second I take any of my USB C cable out it is burning hot out of the switch port...

Any help with this?
Switch has been unusable for over 2 months now

Just an added comment - I have autoRCM on, in my switch and also when I add it to the dock it shows a green light when first docked but dissapears after.

Sounds like a hardware issue in which I'm of no help other than to say it seems like your usb port or the type c cable. But i will say one thing it's normal when you put the switch in the dock for the green light to flash for a second.
