Broken sd card slot

Hey peeps, i had an issue with a wii u thats fully functional but had a broken sd card slot.

Ive got soldering skills to repair it and desoldered it from the board but im stressed finding a replacement that works.

Will a original 3ds sd card slot work?

You could also use https://wafel.xyz to setup a USB device in place of the SD.
