I have a pink DS light that has a broken power switch. Unfortunately, I don't have the tools to solder, just the tools needed to take the DS apart. Is there anyone on here that does replacements for a low cost? I could pay shipping for both ways if you live in the USA, preferably around the east coast. I just need a fix that is cheaper than Nintendont's $60.

Pfft, my dad has fixed every system of mine that has been broke.

He does a good job also. He's like a pro at soldering things also.

Right now he's an electrician as his main job, and he has all these tools for electronics and what-not.

So I think he'll be able to solder a new power switch for you.

That'd be cool, would you mind asking him for me then? I'd greatly appreciate it if he would do it and get it shipped back to me :] I need it for my sister by the end of October, so I'd need to send it in after I'd grab a switch.

Sure I will ask him.

He might be coming over our house tomorrow.

And I'll be the one incharge of shipping it back to you.

Do you have AIM or MSN we can talk on?

This is how i fixed my broken power-switch xD

I connect the cables for a second to power on and then the same thing when I want to turn it off.
