Like i said the nand backup was from emunand when eshop worked fine. unless you mean firm0/1.

He did mentioned that he used EcDevTool, and it requires dev firmware to run.

I Already did it. of course i used HG9.

Welp i Probbly Screwed up. but Rei has a tweet that has the same error. but she just deleated her nnid and i assume it was fine.

Use normal Luma3DS and disable developer mode in it's settings.
I think that you are using a dev build.

Luma3DSv5.5 is the one i downloaded. will try older.

(x) Force A9LH detection

( ) Use Second EmuNAND as default

( ) Enable region/language emulation

( ) Show Current NAND in System Settings

( ) Show GBA boot screen in patched AGB_FIRM

( ) Enable splash screen with no screen-init
