bricked wii with bootmii ios

i wanted to downgrade my wii using wad files and wiimodlite but after installing the system menu and ios I had a black screen. Wii was with hbc and bootmii (ios) and also I have nand backup (no priloader).
Can I restore my wii?

Yep, you can restore a NAND backup to your Wii having BootMii as IOS (but you need a GameCube controller).

He cannot access bootmii or the hbc or the system menu.

@op, look into the savemiifrii method or the bluebomb exploit. If u can get yourself back in a homebrew environment then we can recover easily. The problem is I'm not sure if you'll be able to given your current situation.
