Can you try to do the update again but than in fat 32..
This error can happen because of nintendos exfat driver

Yeah, I was about to tell you that, re format your MicroSD in FAT32 and give it a go

He already formatted the sd card to fat32..
But when you install a new update it ask you fat32 or exfat.
The exfat driver that is installed at that moment can corrupt your file based mmc
