    Evening all ,

    Need some help.

Went to update my switch to 9.2 , im currently using SX OS updated to latest .
Updated using ChoiDujour , all seemed to go well ,
Thought id done it all correctly then rebooted and screen goes black after Nintendo Logo.
    Tried OFW , samething
    Tried CFW something

Tried RCM and can access everything , tried to restore using my Hand but seems some how the SD Card I used to store it has failed.

I Have device keys etc .
So what can I do to fix this ?
Ive also tried the manual recovery (both vol buttons in OFW) but nothing .

if I’m honest I can’t remember if I was on a higher firmware , but thought I’d ask for any help

    Anyhelp would be great

    Dave

Did you wait until Choidojour finished checking that the firmware is complete? Did you choose the exFAT update? Or the FAT32 option?

Have you tried a different micro sd card? Try that with all new files. Try sxos and atmosphere just to rule out firmware problem. Try latest of both. Check in hekate and see what your fuse count is.

The fuse count doesn't matter in cfw ;)

Is your card correctly formatted? You chose the exfat option.

make sure backup clean rawnand is more important.
you can try to turn off autorcm and insert a sd card as exfat format. then boot the console without jig and dongle, take a look at data managerment in setting menu,

Now I get this on boot up of Atmosphere

    Failed to apply ‘ nosighch’!
    Failed to launch HOS!

    it’s clearly something stupid I’ve done .
And thanks for all the help so far

    Update x2 :

When I do a firmware dump using Tergraexplorer it always Fails at 121 ?

does that mean firmwares knackered and what’s easiest way to fix using a Mac ?

Atmosphere 0.8.8 is not "the latest stuff".

Try a clean install of Atmosphere 0.12.0 first and boot using the latest fusee-primary.bin payload.

Are you using Hekate? If so, have you replaced the bootloader folder, and then placed fusee-primary.bin in the payloads folder?

From there you should be able to boot via "Payloads".

It's possible that your Hekate ini file has an old method of booting that is not compatible - see the pinned thread about sigpatches

hello, i know you said you selected exfat on choidujour but can you try to use fat32 micro sd card or did you tried to run the switch on ofw without sd card?

Most likely the ofw is flashed to a higher firmware than allowed by the fuse count - more concerning is being unable to boot to cfw, hopefully he'll sort it after that

I’ve tried booting with a Fat32 formatted card and also tried booting with no card in . Still same thing

I’m not 100% sure but it should be on 9.2 now , fuse count says 6 . If that helps

did you try to launch with kosmos / hekate? I remember, old version of choidujour and sx os made black screen error on lots of switch, people used kosmos to fix that.
I'm also using 10.03 fw emunand and sx 2.9.5 beta, i noticed if i push + button longer for entering sx menu, my devide wont load on exfat card and sometimes wont see my emunand (internal memory emunand btw). But if i wont push + button lon, my device will open on sx cfw. I know it sounds stupid but maybe that can help.
if not, i will try to find other solutions...

I’ve wiped Card clean , put all latests stuff on , etc but no luck yet .

As tergraexplorer doesn’t complete a nand backup ( always fails at 121) I’m sure it has to be a firmware issue .

I can RCM all the time but always black screens at same point .
I can save all the keys etc
    View them
So hopefully I can do something .

hoping to use all the keys to create a new Nand , hopefully there’s a way to do it on a Mac .

This there anyway to check the backup , I created thru Hekate? Even thou if I restore it I still have same problem

And once again. Thanks for all your help
