Hacking Bricked R4

Hi to all, long time ago I bricked this R4 (my mistake) I think I flashed with a wrong firmware.

Now I´m getting a 2ds and I need an R4 to run DS games, is there a way to bring it back to life???

Don't need a ds flashcart to run ds games just install twilighmenu++

Hey, you can put YSMenu firmware on it, and install a cia from R4cartlauncher zip file from here to launch the R4 cart on your 3DS,not sure if it'd work or not, but you can try.

thanks to all, didn´t know twilighmenu++, so I don´t know the benefit besides using 1 micro sd card for 3ds and 2ds, wich is great!

Don’t toss it.

You might be able to reflash it and use it as an NTRBOOT card (unbricker)

install boot9strap and Luma 3DS CFW easily on your New 3DS, Old 3DS, New 2DS, and Old 2DS console with any firmware version.

This does also give you brick protection. If you ever brick your console you can use this to unbrick your console.
