Hardware bricked question.

So I accidentally uninstalled IOS60 =( I thought I was uninstalling the patched IOS but it uninstalled the whole IOS . So now my Wii doesn't even load preloader it just has a black screen =( and it show my av channel at the top of the screen.My Wii version is 4.0 if that helps. Hopefully Nintendo takes it back and fixes it for free. But first I have 2 questions.

1. Can I unbrick my wii by auto booting homebrew channel from a disk or any other method?

2. If i deleted IOS60 can Nintendo still tell I had homebrew installed and refuse to fix my wii?

1. Have you got BootMii as Boot2 installed if not, no.
2. Yes and they will charge a fortune to repair it.

Why are they going to charge if you can't boot it how will they know?
