Hacking Brick App

is there an app that can reckonize the wii has been bricked and make a screen pop up like banner bomb and launch restoremii and restore the wii to it's normal state


or can someone make one?

There isn't such a program what does display brick messages on the fly. This would mean you have to hook the system menu and other things.

Might be possible in future, but atm you're best with BootMii on boot2. There's no better protection for now.

It wouldn't be the same. BootMii won't show you a message if you delete your System Menu of a WAD. And this is, what #1 is asking for... in general.

i justr want something that will pop up as soon as it relizes that there is a brick and fixes it like banner bomb but it only pops up when it reconizes that the wii is bricked

once a brick happens it wouldnt be able to load anything, a brick is a "system error"" if it bricks too late, thats why u allready have bootmii though its not so helpful if u cant install it or even preloader

But when I uninstall my System Menu in WAD Manager, i can still access it, as long as I don't return to it. There could be a possibility that the Pop-Up could be displayed. But it's unlikely - as I sad, don't expect it in near future.

Maybe somewhen, when we can hack the System Menu to overlay over own "home menu" or something. I hope you know, what I mean. :x
