Hacking bricekd AK2i?

ok so i was doing update for the loaders over wifi and i already had the latest loaders according to the download, so i cancelled the download, then it didnt do anything for like 2 mintues so i turned it off, like when the warning says "DONT POWER OFF WHEN UPDATING" so now everytime i boot it up it is frozen at the cancel screen and i cant do anything else with the cart, anyone know of a way to get out of this? if not no big deal i have DS2 and iPlayer to use as flashcarts and possibly the iEvo when it is released

wifi plugin doesn't tell you if you have the latest loaders.
there's no version checking.

format card, download akaio 1.8.5 again (then 1.8.5a if needed), start fresh
