just came home with a brand new switch iam not impressed joycons r realy small
yesterday i sold my wiiu for 220 euros with 1 tb hdd 32gb model

so can i update to the newest nintendo firmware

do i wait for atmospthere < wil it void my waranty ?
or do i buy xs os /pro

this is more like a wiiu 2.0 slim to me

It's fine most if not all homebrew works on 5.1.0. The only thing you'll really loose is cold boot potential with atmosphere.

They make the JoyCons way more comfortable to hold.
Also, you can replace the thumb caps in that pack with thicker ones from eBay, that will give the sticks more movement, so they feel more like full sized sticks. IMO that helps a lot with accuracy in games like Splatoon and makes it easier to make small movements.
This brand/model in particular is a perfect fit, and the exact same color as the gray JoyCons, so you will forget they are even on.
