Ok, so you would want to search "(your game) title id" Once you find it, you would open GM9 and go to SYSNAND (or EMUNAND) SD, go to titles, look for the first half of the numbers in the id. open that folder, find the second half of the id and open that folder. Go into contents, and open the .tmd. Select tad options, click build cia.

Ok, I found the file, but If I build this to a cia can I edit the cia file later on? (Like being able to edit trainers, wild pokemon, ect...)

Once you make the CIA, you can extract it on your computer. Then use this to make your edits. Then follow this guide on how to make a layeredFS plugin.

How would you go about dumping if you don't have CFW of any type, you just use OoT Hax? I'm trying to dump my copy of FE: Echoes on an Old 3DS 10.3 system version, but the app crashes on a red screen after selecting the title I want to dump. Is this because it's a new game? And is there any other way I can dump the games files if I don't have CFW?
