Bought a bricked 3DS

So, I recently bought old 3ds for a very cheap price. I already knew that it wasn't turning on and that the previous owner tried to delete CFW and maybe had switched a region (its Japanese). So I tried everything, launching it in safe mode, changing the battery, changing the sd card, even the r4 cartridge method and nothing helped it still shows nothing besides the blue light. Idk if its even possible to fix it or if I should give up. Also I don't have a donor console to get system files from so that's not an option.

If even the ntrboot method doesn't work for you, then there's most likely some defective hardware.

Disconnected and/or defective WiFi board can cause this.

Ntrboot failing can have many reasons. Make sure you can successfully do it on a working unit.

Well, I tried removing the WiFi module and the IR sensor and starting the console without them, still no results, same black screen and a constant blue light

It won't start without WiFi module.

Yea I just seen a guy do it in a tutorial and decided to try it. So what should I do with the WiFi module then?
Also there are no signs of any physical or water damage on a motherboard

I'm no expert, but I have heard about 3DS' magnetic sleep switches breaking(meaning there would be no way to exit sleep mode). Since the power LED is still on it might be worth checking? Idk, I'm not very experienced with the hardware of the 3DS, and there's a good chance I'm wrong. It's something I've heard of though
