Breath of the Wild Editor


-Use with caution, read the README.
-The same features as my old one + modifiers
-Open & Close BOTW before opening my editor.
-Use DPAD to move.
-Press A to select an item.
-Press B to return one screen.
-Press Y to edit rupees.

Disclaimer: I only tested it with version 1.3.3 and 1.5 of BOTW if it doesn't work please send me your save file to check it why.

When I lauch the save editor channel on my Switch, no input works except home button to go back to the menu.

Thats cause this broke with atmosphere updates, so you won't be able to Navigate by controllers but you can by touch screen. This homebrew also isn't updated for latest

Thanks but touch screen doesn't work either. Anyway if it's dead I guess I'll just delete it. So is there a current way to edit a BotW save ? Checkpoint has implemented a few cheat codes but I'd like to edit more stuff, like tunics etc

Thanks, turns out I already tried that but it didn't work either... I injected the edited save with checkpoint but the game started "anew" like there was no save at all.

That's weird. I have used Marco's BOTW save editor multiple times lately. Have you tried maybe with JKSV?

Its Highly unlikely to be updated. The code on github hasn't been updated since 2018 and the dev of the app hasn't been on here since 2019. So consider this dead

Can someone clear a doubt for me? Is there any way that "The Hero's Path" does not restart after 200 hours? I don't want to lose the path I've made to know where I've already been

According to other users, with a Save editor the time could be extended.

anyway good job, i hope this will be a full offline editor like marcrobledos

The web editor from Marc Robledo works on the .sav files that one exports (or backs up) using Checkpoint and no issues restoring.

thats because the app hasnt been updated it 4 years. its effectively broken. the only way to fix is someone to update it with the latest homebrew dev stuff. so your outta luck for the app
