ok so i reinstalled the update (from the console not wii u helper ) it worked i played a little, saved, turned off the console, turned it back on, tried to launch the game but it said theres an update available wtf i dont understand what is going on with my game

You need to run Haxchi CFW or Mocha before running BOTW.

Haxchi doesn't load automatically. CBHC does.

anyway it worked, but i have a problem in the game : i go to the a new tunic chest (the one from wind waker to be more precise) and it says you don’t have enough place to take it ?¿ how the hell is this possible ?

That's an issue being discussed already. There aren't enough slots for all clothing items.
