Gaming Bots in games don't act

I am running CFW 11.0 with Atmosphere 0.9.2 and I noticed that the bots in various games don't do anything.
For example, I used to play Mario Kart and have competitive components, which are bots.
At this time, when I play Mario Kart, the bots don't do anything at all.
All rounds I am racing, they are on the same location on the map.

This is not only for Mario Kart 8, but at least also for Mario 3D World and Rayman Legends

Anyone who has the same experience ?
What should I do to solve this ?

That's weird but the only thing I can think of that would be affecting multiple games is if you have cheats enabled. Atmosphere enables cheats by default, so if you've run any homebrew that downloads cheats for all games, they'd be active.
