Gaming Borderlands 2 black loading screen when moving to certain areas , need help

I have been recently been playing borderlands 2 but I seem to keep finding a black loading screen when traveling to certain areas. It was fine until a story mission requires me to go to one of these areas and now I am stuck with no quest to do. does anybody know what to do.

What area is it? haven't played on ps3 yet. Only on PS4, but i will recieve a ps3 copy in the mail anytime soon

EDIT: i should know about everything from the map, except some of the dlc's. and lynchwood. i fucking hate that place
