Process9 is reportedly the only thing updated in NATIVE_FIRM, I think BootNTR only really needs a version string update so it recognizes the new native_firm version.
That's actually really helpful, I hadn't looked too much into the update yet :P

I don't have access to a devKitArm environment right now to test it on though, but if someone wants to compile and test it I can make the code changes in like 20 minutes.

Yeah I checked on IDA and for now everything looks the same. I'll upload a version for you to test guys.

So... where do I find the nativ_firm version ?
Should I just increment it by one ?

Doesn't look like it's on there yet, you could also use 3DSIdent to get it :P

Not sure what format it expect it in but according to this site it's v26432 now:

https://yls8.mtheall.com/ninupdates/titlelist.php?date=10-24-16_08-01-02&sys=ktr&reg=E

For USA anyways. Same version string as o3DS.
It takes it in the MAJOR.MINOR-REVISION format.

Problem is that I don't have a 3DS to retrieve it, else I'd just print a osGetKernelVersion :/

Oh yeah !
If you launch NTR in dump mode, it tells you the current kernel version in the right format !

Kinda just skimmed through this, but if you still need files, I can get dumps for n3ds JPN + NA and o3ds NA

It looks like 11.2 NFIRM only updated process9 so it should be almost trivial to update NTR if someone could get me the new NFIRM version reported by 3DSident
