Sorry if this has been already asked but I want to know since im interested in testing Freedom. So, does BootMii works when Freedom is installed? And can the original System Menu be recovered with a NAND backup?

Yes to both your questions. BootMii is stored in boot2, system menu is not. freedom replaces the system menu, so does not remove bootmii which is in boot2.

This is exactly how I recovered my system menu after playing with Freedom - it was pretty straightforward.
