Pick a supported DS Title, haxchi it, in the default option put something like
default=wiiu/apps/mocha/mocha.elf (if redNAND is Mocha's redNAND)
default=fw.img (if redNAND is a fw.img)

There is no dedicated "Boot redNAND" app. You have to use the haxchi'd VC to do so. That is your app.

Obviously that app needs sign patches. Do you have sign patches on sysNAND

The DS vc title will be replaced by an app that will boot your rednand in the home menu, also, will boot others homebrew that are placed in wiiu/apps folder by holding some butons. You just need to dedicate those butons in the config.txt in the haxhi folder.
