Hello all. Is there a way using Luma3DS (or otherwise) boot directly to the DS Card inserted into the system? It’s not a big deal, but it would save a step for folks who like to power off their consoles regularly.

Mmm, is theorically possible, you just need to dump TWL_FIRM as a .firm and boot it with a chainloader, fastboot would be the best option imo. Let me see and I'll tell you if it works.

EIDT: I have dumped the firm, booting it through GM9 gives an instant error screen in Japanese, it seems that one must patch it before "normal" usage. Going to look into this further, don't expect an answer very soon :P.

Thanks so much. This would be an excellent feature. I’m surprised that it’s not enabled by default!
