Hi

After I updated my switch with Sxos to the latest firmware of atmosphere, I get boot.dat all the time.

I think I got it.
I was sxpro user before I lose my license... So I upgraded to atmosphere and when you boot with sx pro dongle to boot playlooad you still need the boot. Dat

You can easily find it on Google and put it on the root of your SD

SXOS only support firmwares below 10. something. So you need to migrate to Atmosphère search the guides here on gbatemp. Even there is one about migrate to Atmosphère and downgrade a second emuNAND to enable multiboot. Use the search function on top right of page

Use sx gear's boot.dat and boot.ini. Edit boot.ini so it would look something like this:

Code:
[payload]
file=atmosphere/reboot_payload.bin

Are you using Hekate or you boot direct Atmosphere via fuse.bin ? You have to fix boot.ini accordingly.

If any issues, post pictures of your SD file structure.

You can either boot atmosphere directly or you can take an extra step and boot to Hekate (in case you are using an emummc for example). Just edit boot.ini with the filename of the payload you chose. If problems, post screenshot of your SD root filestructure.

I think I’ve seen this before. What error do you get?

is it this?

A fatal error occurred when running Fusee.
Failed to run tsec_keygen firmware!

Press POWER to reboot.

I am not sure which sx menu you see(?) In case you haven't already, then download sxgear (very 1.1 I think) and add it to your SD root by replacing boot.dat (thus removing sx os).

Atmosphere is not able to be loaded directly from SX. You have to boot into Hekate first and load Atmosphere from there.

Nope, I do load Atmosphere directly without Hekate using SXPro dongle and SXGear.

Edit: you are correct for an already loaded sxos. I was referring to SXPro dongle with sxos boot.dat removed.

You need to convert your boot.dat using the fusee.bin file from atmosphere, google convert nx payload to boot.dat , find your boot.dat on your computer then press convert, place the new file on root of sd card & use your sx dongle to boot into atmosphere

Thanks everyone for the help, I found the problem. After the atmosphere update I found out my sd card had two Portions inside it. So I erased one of them and now it’s working fine. Once again thanks for the help!!
