I have a Switch That I installed a trinket M0 inside of, which currently sends the SXOS payload, my question is there anyway I can have it boot the Atmosphere CFW without manually going in and selecting boot external payload, reflashing the trinket is not really an option as I had to remove the Micro USB connector to install it inside of the switch.
Thanks

Get an Atmosphere UF2 file use that instead of the Hekate UF2 file if you don't want to boot into the bootloader first then selecting a payload.

Sounds like you're reflashing your chip after all, but if you didn't want to, you could use the SX Gear boot.dat, and use atmosphere's fusee-primary.bin as payload.bin to be chainloaded.

I think SX gear is still broken. When I was dealing with the 0 folder "system", SX gear could not load fusee_primary.

Hwinit problem I think.

Oh ok, nm then :)
Oh yeah, so the other method was to use one of those scripts to convert fusee-primary.bin to your own boot.dat - I haven't kept track of whether those scripts still work either tho.
