Hardware Bluetooth Dongle Problems

My father's Acer laptop is on Windows 7 Home-premium 64-bit, it detects the bluetooth dongle, then I try to connect my father's phone and the laptop, it detects the phone but can't install any drivers accept 1 or 2 drivers. Then I can see the phone's folder in Windows Explorer then I double click it , then it says the "Windows Explorer has stopped working" error code, what should I do?

Get a better bluetooth stack (set of drivers) than the default ones. The attached link has a download for GREAT drivers. Oh, and next time, please create a question name that doesn't sound like my own "Bluetooth Dongle Problem".
