Bluetooth activation button disappeared

Hello
so as you can see, the button to activate/deactivate bluetooth has disappeared
I followed the instruction in those two thread in order to sync my wiimotes to my laptop

I don't know when exactly it disappeared, but I remember installing lot of thing to make it work (Which I haven't on my desktop, plus it still doesnt work)
So, if anyone could help me so I can keep up the progress to play Skyward Sword on my laptop?
