Homebrew Blocking browserhax update message

So there is nothing to do? I'm on 10.1.0-27E and i already triggered the nag...
I also wiped Browser savedata but the nag is still there.

Do you have a N3ds or O3ds?

Then noting can be done for browserhax atm. If you want to continue to use homebrew I sugest to either get ninjahax,Oothax or Smashhax(difficult to pull off). If you dont have any you can ask a friend or some one you know to use their cart to intall themehax.

I just tested on my sister's o3DS (10.1.0-27 and nag not triggered).
It says "The Internet Broser cannot be used at this time. Please try again later or in a different network environment."

If you have gotten that message then the nag had been triggered before.

If you were to reset/format your 3DS and THEN follow your tutorial, would this method still work? Or are you destined to have that stuck in your save data forever?

It been tested before and didnt work. Not even a system format erase the data that is stored by the nag.

If you have any friends or know someone able to access the homebrew launcher they can install it for you.

yea almost all physical game saves to the card that why you are able to inject the save with any save dongle.

So, it seems like there's no way to replicate Nintendo's servers, but is it possible to redirect all traffic on your network from "https://cbvc.cdn.nintendo.net/CTR/1/USA" to the NEW link "https://cbvc.cdn.nintendo.net/CTR/2/USA" via LAN or some type of spoofing? The server would return a valid signature, and still return a value of "0" right? In theory, would this work? Anyone with any ideas of how you could you go about doing this?

So, what is the EXACT format for the DNS? (I really don't wanna fuck up...)
Is it 198.91.88.237 for the Primary DNS and nothing for the secondary (I'm guessing this) or 198.91.88.237 for primary and 107.211.140.65 for secondary?

I've reformatted my 3DS, and added the DNS before opening the browser.


I get a popup, but it does not tell me that I need to update, like it was saying before. It says that it cannot be used at this time.


I'm going to try the TubeHax DNS, but I think the browser has to communicate at least once before being usable. Sorry if this has been reported already

has anyone actually been able to get old3ds to do browserhax at 9.9 or above with dns
Because i think its not true if you see the nag only then it wont work since i had a freinds 3ds and im sure it had never seen the nag before i did the dns thing and it just said it cannot be used at this time

sadly no, I'm on 10.1.0.27U on O3DS and the nag happens no matter what I do with the DNS servers, none of them listed here blocks the update nag.

tried the dns and got that same message and i definitely didn't open the browser in weeks. just tried this in case i ever needed it, but i guess it doesnt really work? i'm not getting an actual 'you need to update' message though.

Just clarifying, this permanenty ensures access to the browser right? (My o3ds hasn't been online since this update nag was released)
So I can use the browser to browse the web?
