Hacking Blank tile on home screen

Can anyone help me get rid of of a blank tile with a swirling circle on the home screen? My switch is hacked with SXOS.
When I click the icon, it says "could not start the software" and then an error code 2155-8035.
I downloaded a few things and everything was fine, but then I downloaded a few updates and dlc. One was for minecraft which had several files and I clicked on each. Another was NES online, hacked with extra games. I cant quite figure out where this blank icon has come from.
Anyone ever experienced this or managed to fix it?

It's because the dlc or update somehow doesn't match the game, to remove the dlc/update go to software in settings and remove it there.
