blackscreen when loading games in sysnand

hi all
im just wanting to know what could i do to play my game cartridge in sysnand.
its Pokémon brilliant diamond and it loads i get the Nintendo switch screen when you launch a game then its currently a black screen constantly.
ive google and tried to look everywhere for a answer but people have only been getting black screen when they load sysnand or emunand.
ive also updated the atmosphere and hekate to the latest versions with the latest sigpatches thats where my knowledge stops.
