I recently homebrewed the Wii I got back in 2008. It has system menu 4.2.
Anyways, by following this guide: http://goo.gl/3lMcX , I installed USB Loader GX and ripped Super Smash Bros Brawl and a couple other games onto my external hard drive. However, whenever I try to load any of my games from USB Loader GX, it just gives me a black screen.
My Wii is NTSC, I've tried using both version 847 and 1027 of USB Loader GX (neither of them work), and I have cIOS 249 rev 17. My hard drive is WBFS.
Does anybody know what the problem might be here? I would really appreciate some help at this point.
@cobleman: I have already tried using version 1027 of USB Loader GX, and I've tried deleting the config files, but neither of those things fixed the problem. In the thread, it also says to delete the wiitdb files and 938 dol, but I don't know where either of those things are in my SD card.
