I updated the first post and released PRESSII 0.5.2!

Subscript is fixed!

So this replaces the "Press A" part of the health screen?

Then is it possible to just delete the "Press A" part? Or do we have to replace it with something (ie. blank to erase it hehe?

you need to replace it iwth a blank image

Mine gets stuck at the image to tpl save window.
I'm running windows Vista which probably is the issue. Will see if I can get it to run in safe mode

If this works how I think it does, the limitations on what the programs (Healthii and Pressii) will make it really hard to have both custom images in one. You would need to make a custom main image file, merge it back into a System Menu WAD file, then make a button press image.

Personally I cannot stand having splash screens in these programs. In most cases the dialog support is flaky at best, especially in Vista/Win7, so if you encounter an error or stall you never find out.

or you delete the splash screen image or disable it.

Either way Just wondering if anyone could help me out with this one. I wanted to take and dump my wii file system and then repack the system menu wad. how does one repack the system menu wad what portion is it? isn't it folder 00000001 title 00000002?

If I'm right about that whats the best wad packer to use? I've tried a few but they all error out.

so how does pressii work then because i assume you extract the same app file as you do with healthii so wouldn't it be just another health screen rather than the blinking text if you could do a guide for me tht will be great

Basically it uses the health screen present in the system menu wad. so if you want your custom health screen you have to dump your file system and use a wad packer to pack the modified System menu into a wad to use with the program. hence my above question.

Healthii replaces the image that shows the health and warning text.

Pressii replaces the image that shows the "Press A to continue" text.

You guys need to collaborate and combine these into one program that will edit one single file.

i'm gonna try and get this to work by unpacking the wad file i have to replace the health screen and then putting in the pressii file but is it the same file as the healthii which would be the 000001.app that gets renamed to 000045.app if so thats just goin over the health screen again if its a different file for the pressii could you please let me know

i know this is a stupid question but how do u unpack wads i just tried wadunpacker but it just comes up with a dos screen cmd lines go down too quick to read then it just closes and i can't find the unpacked wad anywhere need help please
