Hacking Best way to enjoy GBA VC and Gateway with one SD card?

Is there a way to switch between a CFW to play GBA Games and Gateway Emunand to play 3DS Games (in .3ds format) with Gateway with only one SD card?

Or is it only possible by switching between 2 seperate SD cards?

PS: My 3DS is on 4.2.0-9

You can use RXTools to play VC just with the same emuNAND as Gateway.
But IMO the best way is to sell GW, buy a BIGGER (micro)SD card and switch to CIA games
